OMG! 😍 I wore these all day!! I usually hate shoe shopping, but $3.00 slip-on shoes were hard to pass up at my local Walmart. I guess it was time to retire my current ones anyway. Plus, ballet flats in soft pink or navy blue stripes were $2.00 each. What a deal. Remember, YMMV on rollback items so go browse!

Walmart: Changes to Savings' Catcher

If you're a fan of the Walmart Savings' Catcher program, you'll want to know that there are some changes to policies going into effect tomorrow from corporate headquarters. Here's a copy of the update sent out today...

Dear Customer,

Thank you for using Savings Catcher. We wanted to share with you an update on some changes to the program. Beginning February 14, 2015, we are removing some departments consisting mostly of items that do not have a like for like match at other retailers, such as produce and bakery items. Additionally, we are limiting our comparisons to offers of other mass market retailers, grocery and dollar stores, removing comparisons with drug stores.

Thanks again for using Savings Catcher and shopping with us. We are dedicated to providing customers like you with Everyday Low Prices. It's a mission we're proud of and we'll continue to work hard to deliver for you.

What does this mean for us? Well, we'll likely see a noticeable decrease in refunds thru Saving's Catcher overall. The plus side, it doesn't effect Walmart's Ad Matching policies... yet. TIP: If you don't find what you're looking for, but know a local store had an item you want, try asking a store employee. If they're not too busy, the staff is often generous enough to check the storeroom :) Everything below was $1, except the beef sticks (2/$1).... which go in my hubby's lunch box, lol.
